Also I used a coupon that I thought came with a drink. It didn't but when they saw my disappointment they gave me a free drink. This one will always get my business.

We ordered food before close, got charged for it, went to pick it up before close and when we arrived they said they seen the order but weren't able to make it. They did not tell us they weren't able to make it, leaving us to pay for food we did not receive with no warning. The store locked before the closing time. When we spoke to them they did not do do anything about it.

We got sick of waiting and drove past the drive thru window, the employees were sitting by the window chitchatting and looked at us like they had no idea we were there. Mind you there were 2 vehicles behind us also waiting. This happened January 21st at 12pm.
