Even if someone is offering to let you in, you simply say "no thank-you, I need to be buzzed in". I won't order from them ever again. Convenience or disregard doesn't override safety guidelines.

Got back to spanish with it and discovered it was missing items. So I called the store, they tried to tell me that I never ordered any food there, despite being able to tell them the order number and whatnot. They finally said they'd get their manager to call me back, which also never happened. I feel like a simple mistake got turned into a sour experience.
