  After a short wait to be seated, our server Sunshine came to our table and wow, super friendly, a big smile on her face and seemed happy to see us. She was very polite and knowledgeable regarding the menu. What an amazing addition to your staff and love the hair flower. She added a nice burst of sunshine to our day!

  We were three adults, two kids and one toddler. Im not impressed with the quality of the food both for adults and for children. The chicken is probably the most reliable item and I can’t complain on that. Steamed vegetables are clearly from frozen and bland. Portions are not generous. Chicken wings were a disappointment as they came undressed with one dipping sauce on the side, and we were not even asked what type of sauce we would have liked. My kids don’t often give negative feedback but they said the Mac was too cheesy and their speciality drinks too sweet. The dinner service on a Friday evening was awfully long. No complaints with our server per se, she was lovely, but we kept looking out for her and it took forever to get things starting with a booster seat for a toddler who wouldn’t sit still. We did not enjoy our experience and will likely never return.

  The best attention given to me as a customer from Lauvetta at the O’Connor restaurant. Had some previous issues but she made sure to get things straightened out and to make me as a customer feel happy. Thank you, Lauvetta

  Coleslaw came in super tiny containers that were 1/4 full. We were laughing at how small a serving it was. The side salad was also very small. The rest was excellent.

  We had a very disappointing experience at Swiss Chalet. From the moment we arrived, things didn’t start off well—we were not seated where we requested, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. We ordered an appetizer and specifically asked for the bread to be grilled, not deep fried. One server refused outright, while another later said it was possible, which showed a clear lack of consistency and communication among staff. After our meal (including an appetizer and a pitcher of beer), we decided to order more food along with another beer each. To our surprise, we were refused service and told we had to stop drinking. This was extremely insulting and inappropriate. A single pitcher split between two people is roughly a glass and a half each—not even close to being intoxicated. The way this situation was handled made us feel judged and disrespected. It’s unfortunate because the restaurant itself is nicely renovated, but the poor and inconsistent customer service completely ruined the experience. I would not return based on this visit.
