  Our waitress was Sunshine. She was very friendly, greeted us with a beautiful smile and the order was taken quickly. The service and food was amazing. My grandson had the new fish taco and I had 1/4 chicken dinner. Great way for my grandson and I to get together today. Thank you Sunshine for making our experience today, an amazing one!!!!!!! She is a superstar for sure

  We were at Swiss Chalet on O’Connor and had the best experience with our server, Sunshine. With a beautiful flower in her hair, she comes by the name honestly. My friend has just had a terrible year and wanted to cheer her up with lunch. I think Sunshine was just what the doctor ordered. Many laughs were had and it was a good day for my friend. Thank you Sunshine.

  After a year of buying highly saturated food from this restaurant, I have now decided to completely BOYCOTT this establishment for various reasons. My number reason for the BOYCOTT is due to the unpleasant and disproportionate treatment that my partner I receive from the incompetent waiting staff LOL. Yeah, last Thursday was the cherry on top when a family of 6 was served before my partner and I and we were just a couple. I’m fact, the entire waiting list went in order until they got to my name and decided I should wait a little more…. I was not going to give this one and up and I questioned the hostess and she delivered the most generic response that circulates amongst most poor restaurant establishments, such as this one. Each time I dine there, the waiting staff barely comes around to inquire about further access accommodations but they sure come around for their tips like hungry wolves. I’m also sick of seeing the same waiting staff faces. Please do better and do not discriminate amongst customers. Learn to do better. Garbage food abs garbage staff.

  Visited Take out counter 1 pm or so 3/3/26. Not the closest location to me, but I have had good experiences here, hence, until I find a consistent fault, it will continue to be. Kudos to the young lady at the take out counter. From what I can tell, she's looking after Take out, Drive thru, Uber and the like, including packaging the food , yet does it pleasantly and very competently. I think I've ordered 3 or 4 times since reno, so it's a small sample size I guess, but I'm very pleased every time. Food is always hot, and on point. I've never encountered missing items that were requested. Other locations... not so much. Even marked the boxes to show you what's inside, as opposed to getting home and having to open every box and figure out who ordered what. Small detail, but it's all cumulative. It may not be like the old commercial , "it's worth the drive to Acton", but the extra 15min to your location, is worth it to me. Keep up the good work and hiring people that are assets to your Business.

  Food was good and hot, service was good. Beer was off and flat but was able to get a different one. As soon as you walk in it smelt like the washroom and sewage plumbing. It was off putting as you’re eating your meal. Been to this location before and it never smelt like that. Not sure if they mopped with dirty water or if the ventilation is off.
