The women’s washroom had a toilet full of feces, and the family washroom sink was covered in phlegm. There was toilet paper all over the floor and it was clear no one had checked or cleaned the area for a long time. Really disappointing and unhygienic. This location needs staff to monitor and clean the washrooms regularly.
