  Can’t complain at all, as per usual. Always our go to restaurant and today proved why. Amy served us tonight and she was excellent, even helped celebrating a birthday with us today. Altogether a great night supported by reliable Kelsey’s.

  Quality in food has definitely gone down. Myself as well as the person I was with did not enjoy our meals at all. Service was good. We appreciate our waiter. We felt sorry for him. He had so many tables he had to tend to. This resulted in slower service. That being said, we really liked him. He was a good waiter.

  Our server, Finn, was very kind and made our dining experience fantastic. He was very helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. The food came out pretty quickly and was delicious. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be going back.

  Personally visiting from alberta here is the Open, non bias raw review. Walked in with family on the holidays and was seated promptly, loved the modern twist and had a fun look of decor. Bar area and dinning divide greatly with the open lay out. Sat at a table for four near door yet still warm with air flow in restaurant. Ordered the nachos full platter along with Guinness for dad and molson for my self mom had pop and brother was water. All came in timely matter portion was great size for four people, with great presentation. On to main course; had the steak medium with veggie and baked potatoes fairly priced but just need a slightly more rest time on meat looked under cooked still great. Mom chicken pasta and dad's steak meals looked grand plus smelled amazing! Brothers tho had a mishap with a bread tab found under the chicken, the waiter was ever so polite and handle him self and the situation with professionalism. (Great work bud needs a raise) Manager came and addressed it as well taking his meal off the bill and offered a free dessert as compensation. Truthful the establishment handle it great and without scene. Shows class from all levels even with it being dinner rush. Dessert was cheese cake with caramel drizzle a light yet new look of a chocolate crumble base over a graham cracker. (Complimented it greatly with try at home). Lava cake for the parents and brother same as I. Overall experience with this was well met above standard for the chain, fairly priced (bill 210 with tip for four people) Staff match the openness of modern dinning with the professional attitude and grace of what it should be now a days. Family will be coming back and when I visit from Alberta would not mind grab a beer and dinner there. Reason for 4 stars: only hick up kitchen staff can cook great meal, just breath nothing good can happen when rushing advice from a heavy equipment service truck.

  Had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. A special shoutout to our server, Finn, who truly made the visit memorable. Finn was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations and checking in at just the right moments. Their professionalism and warm attitude really elevated the entire dining experience. Overall, fantastic service paired with great food. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place—especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Finn!
