  Jenna made our experience at East Side Mario’s absolutely wonderful! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She checked in on us at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a positive energy that made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Her service was quick, professional, and thoughtful, and you can tell she truly cares about the guests she’s serving. Because of Jenna, our visit was memorable and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for the amazing service! 😊

  Got sat on an empty Monday night, waited close to 15min before our server came over to take our drink orders. Almost walked out. Food arrived quickly and was good. Both servers were at what I can assume is a “regular”s table talking the entire time. Drink refills were few and far between. We normally get great service at this location but it was beyond awful especially since there were only 4 other tables. After a sup par experience we were asked to “do a favour” for our waitress by completing this review. She also admitted she was “doing horribly” in the competition and I completely understand why.   Our experience was excellent. Our server, Kitana, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and very professional, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was also really good — everything came out fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the quality and presentation of the dishes. Overall, it was a great experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Kitana’s outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back again.

  We had such a great experience at East Side Mario’s thanks to our amazing server, Ben! He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. Our food came out quickly and he checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude really made the meal even better. I definitely recommend coming here, and if you get Ben as your server you’re in great hands! 😊

  We had such a great lunch, and a huge part of that was our server, Cam! She was seriously amazing. From the moment we sat down, she was so friendly and welcoming. She had such a fun personality and made us feel comfortable right away. Cam was super attentive without ever being overbearing. Our drinks were always refilled, she checked in at the perfect times, and she made sure everything came out just right. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a good experience It’s not often you get service that stands out like that, but Cam definitely did. We’ll absolutely be back and will be asking for her again!
