I dont typically complain. Im pretty specific with my food and very clear about it.
I ordered a:
Cheese burger with only ketchup and add chicken sauce
2× sweetchilli Jr.chickens with no lettuce
Small fry
Small salted caramel McFlurry
So first of all I'm in the drive thru, looks like this man is all on his own. Okay no problem.
Brings the McFlurry after already waiting 5 or so minutes after paying (waiting is not a problem) so salty (only end up eating a quarter of it).
About 5 to 10 minutes later the bag of food is given to me. I check the bag because things get forgotten all the time, my Small fry was not in the bag. Look in the windows see if I can see this man, I can not. I honk my horn really quick hoping to get his attention, still do not see him. I wave at the camera and do a quick honk honk. He comes running back to the windows with another bag apologizing for forgetting the small fry. Not a huge deal because I saw that it was missing, but if I did not check I wouldn't have been happy, I like my frys on my burgers.
Okay so I have all my food I am happy.
I get home ready to eat.
Cheese burger was made perfectly then I get to the sweetchilli Jr.Chikens, they had no lettuce like I had asked but only had the sweet chilli sauce there was no chicken sauce on them which was really disappointing having to add my own mayo which if you know the chicken sauce, you know it's not the same as home mayo.
Overall I had paid for the food that I was craving, something was almost missed and seemed like the food was very rushed. I know I ask for specifics for my food and I do not mind waiting longer than normal for it to be made correctly. I do not particularly like waiting extra and it to be made wrong.
I really hope this guy gets some extra training or more people are available to work to help the work load.

Let's face it, when the sausage McMuffin sandwich and hash browns are cold it kind of affects the service and atmosphere score. I should have turned around after I opened the wrapper but I was in a hurry. Be careful if you decide to use this location.

Kicked out my work crew after we had a car accident leaving us stranded, we were waiting for repairs to be done at a shop and they only needed a few hours. Police brought them there to keep warm. And because 1-2 fell asleep (we worked a night shift and where exhausted) while waiting they were kicked out into the cold snowy weather. Meanwhile each of them bought breakfast and shortly after lunch to not sit there for free.

I realize that food can not be made in a minute, but this morning I went and ordered a basic breakfast sandwich, was the only one in line and STILL had to go to the reserved window and wait 10 minutes & when I ate the food, it was soggy. I don't come here often, but every single time I go either get crap food or am waiting forever for no good reason.
