  Ordered a mobile order and it has now been 30 minutes since i have ordered and im still waiting in the restaurant. keep in mind there is one other customer in here. not to mention how terrible their app is. maybe the food will be good, i’ll let you know if i ever get it.

  Everytime I come Riya serves me is very respectful and pleasant she always give me everything I like and makes sure my orders fresh when I ask!

  The two times I’ve gone to this location. I’ve not been pleased first time they gave my order to someone else. Looking at me to reorder and pay. Second visit they don’t pay attention to orders. It’s bad when u have to ask if everything is in the order because you can’t trust the staff

  I usually frequent the KFC on Upper James and the KFC on Upper Gage. I visited this KFC today ordering my usual - three orders of individual popcorn chickens. The amount I was given at this location was more like TWO of the individual popcorn chickens that I get at the other stores. The portions were considerably smaller than the KFCs on Upper James and on Upper Gage. The strange thing is that I visited this very location last week and placed the same order. That order was the same size as the other KFCs. The popcorn chicken was good however. I simply didn’t appreciate paying for three orders and basically getting two orders size wise.
