  I stop by this McDonald's frequently and the service is consistently fast and friendly. The interior is always clean, and the touch-screen kiosks make ordering really easy during the lunch rush. My fries are always hot and salted perfectly, and the McCafé coffee is a great value. It’s a reliable spot for a quick meal, and the drive-thru staff are always polite even when they're busy. Definitely one of the better-managed locations in the area!

  Coffee was not fresh, and it was not hot. Tim Hortons is right across the street and at least it's fresh.

  Worst place ever to order . Gave me a chicken burger instead of mac veggie. I am a vegetarian. They don’t look what they are handing to you. Never going back to this place again.

  Manager refused to cook my burger well done. Burger was uncooked and raw. She said she would not accommodate me. Took the food away and forced a refund. Why can't they cook the burger more? Why can't they accommodate customers? I must eata raw burger? Time wasted. This business is a joke.

  Placed an online order for pick up this evening. I decided to go in to the establishment to pick up as EVERYTIME I go through drive thru I’m asked to pull aside and wait (for kids meals). We go to this location for convenience based on where we live but will avoid moving forward. When I went in and gave my order number I was met with “do you not have a car?- cause it’s going to be at least 5 more mins for it to be ready” To which I responded “I do, but decided to come in as I have to add mcChicken sauce to my order and wasn’t allowed to in drive thru before” Supervisor responded with “that’s fine but we charge ¢59 for that” 😳 I handed the change and didn’t get eye contact never mind a thank you. When my order was ready I looked for the sauce - asked for straws and went on my way. Came home and realized they still missed an order of fries. I know these things can happen and it’s on me to make sure it’s all there but with so much damn attitude & confidence you’d think they’d have some basis to make sure customers at least leave with what they DO pay for - ¢60 for a packet of mayo and they can’t be bothered to make sure full orders are there is astonishing to me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Again, not my first time experiencing this at this location as usually the drive thru is forever wait and ALWAYS asked to pull off to the side. If you want a decent McDonald’s meal and experience - Do yourself a favor and take your business to a different location. We sure will.
