  I usually frequent the KFC on Upper James and the KFC on Upper Gage. I visited this KFC today ordering my usual - three orders of individual popcorn chickens. The amount I was given at this location was more like TWO of the individual popcorn chickens that I get at the other stores. The portions were considerably smaller than the KFCs on Upper James and on Upper Gage. The strange thing is that I visited this very location last week and placed the same order. That order was the same size as the other KFCs. The popcorn chicken was good however. I simply didn’t appreciate paying for three orders and basically getting two orders size wise.

  Imagine waiting 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches (despite being told it would only take 5) simply because the staff refused to make more than one trip to the front to give customers their food. This seems to be a chronic issue too. Avoid this branch.

  I ordered a chicken sandwich and the manager gave me a burrito. I explained very clearly what I ordered, but it seems he doesn't understand English very well, and he was rather rude. KFC is getting worse and worse.

  The manager was very dirty and was on the phone in a very rude manner. If he answers the phone and yells at customers like he does, I'm never coming back here.

  The worst service I've had at any restaurant in this chain in the last ten years. The service is poor, the staff yells, and above all, they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. The food is mediocre, but the service is an insult. March 02, 2026 7:00 PM
