All our add ons and sides were paid for and never received. Gave us no receipt and did not give the option to give our money back. When I got the food it was soggy and gross. Worst KFC I’ve ever been to.

This was unnecessary and made us uncomfortable. Personal beliefs should not be imposed on customers, and staff should remain professional and respectful of individual choices. Hoping the management addresses this to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.
