A few months ago I ordered one and the fries were fresh, but the sandwich just wasn’t it — I couldn’t explain it, but something was off. Today I tried again and ordered the spicy Zinger, and unfortunately the quality has gone downhill even more. The chicken tasted like it had been microwaved, and the fries seemed the same. Nothing tasted fresh like it used to. My sandwich also came without lettuce, which someone else mentioned as well, so that felt odd. The service itself was great — the lady who helped me was very kind. They did offer to remake the sandwich, but I personally didn’t want to go back because I get nervous about returning food. Not saying anything would happen, but I’d just rather not. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be purchasing another chicken sandwich from there. KFC used to have the best chicken sandwiches, but it’s just not it anymore. Just sharing so others can be mindful of what they order. I also went on days where my nights were long, I feel it’s important if a customer pays money for meals from a franchise consideration on serving it up to standard should be taken into consideration, especially if multiple complaints come in.

Just close down if you do not have product to sell! Don’t waste customers money when they’re expecting something completely different. Such a rip off and a disappointment. How are you even open. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard you’ve selling chicken product from other retailers but to experience it, is outrageous. I hope others complain when they receive this service
