  Not only was drive through closed and had to go inside for takeout but they completely screwed up my order. Did not receive half the food I ordered and payed for. All our add ons and sides were paid for and never received. Gave us no receipt and did not give the option to give our money back. When I got the food it was soggy and gross. Worst KFC I’ve ever been to.

  There's always something wrong with this KFC Somtimes they dont have certain deals and they dont coupons aswell Their drive thru doesnt work Staff is absolutely of no help

  During our visit, an employee( turban guy)made an inappropriate personal comment about our food choice, telling us not to eat chicken because it is halal and mentioning our religion. This was unnecessary and made us uncomfortable. Personal beliefs should not be imposed on customers, and staff should remain professional and respectful of individual choices. Hoping the management addresses this to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.

  I’ve gone to KFC for years and the Zinger sandwich used to be my favourite. A few months ago I ordered one and the fries were fresh, but the sandwich just wasn’t it — I couldn’t explain it, but something was off. Today I tried again and ordered the spicy Zinger, and unfortunately the quality has gone downhill even more. The chicken tasted like it had been microwaved, and the fries seemed the same. Nothing tasted fresh like it used to. My sandwich also came without lettuce, which someone else mentioned as well, so that felt odd. The service itself was great — the lady who helped me was very kind. They did offer to remake the sandwich, but I personally didn’t want to go back because I get nervous about returning food. Not saying anything would happen, but I’d just rather not. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be purchasing another chicken sandwich from there. KFC used to have the best chicken sandwiches, but it’s just not it anymore. Just sharing so others can be mindful of what they order. I also went on days where my nights were long, I feel it’s important if a customer pays money for meals from a franchise consideration on serving it up to standard should be taken into consideration, especially if multiple complaints come in.
