  The greeter (her name starts with B), was kind and friendly. Our server, Kiemia was very nice and attentive. I wish I could remember Ms B’s full name. She came by to check on us, had great conversation with my grandchildren and the kids absolutely loved her.

  Frida was my server and she provided immaculate customer service. It was my first time to Swiss Chalet and she made it very worth it. Plus, it was my mother birthday so it was such a pleasant experience. Thank you Frida and to the cooks who made such an amazing meal for me and my family to enjoy and create new memories. See you all soon

  I recently ordered takeout from Swiss Chalet and went with the Family Deluxe Meal—and it did not disappoint! You get incredible value: a whole rotisserie chicken that was juicy, tender, and full of flavor, plus four sides (I chose fries and mashed potatoes, both were spot on), four warm dinner rolls, and the famous 12oz Signature Chalet dipping sauce—which is always a highlight. On top of that, the meal comes with your choice of spring rolls or perogies AND 10 mini donuts for dessert. It’s a complete feast! Everything was fresh, well-packaged, and perfect for sharing. The combination of classic comfort food and generous portions makes this meal a no-brainer for families or anyone craving a hearty, satisfying dinner. Absolutely delicious from start to finish—I’ll definitely be ordering this again.

  I went to the takeout counter. Priya was very friendly and helpful. She offered suggestions for the food, since I couldn't make up my mind for sides. Edit...I get home to find my half chicken and shrimp is missing shrimp! Edit 2...I called to let them know I missed out on the shrimp and they immediately offered to deliver it. I got a not from Priya also saying sorry they missed something and they gave a free slice of cheesecake and Pepsi. What great service.

  We had a great dinner with our family tonight at the Swiss Chalet, our Server Rishi was very attentive, bought us finger bowls, asked whether we need any thing else before he left to serve other guests, he was very friendly, i think this was his 3rd or 4th time serving our family, we are really happy with his service and hope to see him again next time!
