They have an offer board right on their window, but when I tried to use the offer, the staff had no idea how to apply it. I even explained and showed them multiple times how it works, but they still couldn’t do it. It’s honestly disappointing — if you’re going to advertise offers, at least make sure your employees know how to process them. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Totally unprofessional and frustrating.

Everything was perfect and as we'd ordered. The subs were fresh and veggies crisp 👌. Only suggestion would be to add more napkins. Thank you.
