  The food is good, but the hygiene is gross. Found hairs in the food, and it’s clear the staff aren't using hairnets properly. On top of that, the service is pretty lazy. I didn’t say anything because they were slammed and I am a respectful young lady

  As of April 6th 2026 the service speed is unacceptable. I waited upwards of 15 minutes for my food not to mention the 30+ minutes I waited in line to order. One of the employees working the cash register and food counter was waiting for whoppers that where right in front of them. Not recommended I suggest going to the Subway next door or if you want to wait for food go to the sit down restaurant which again is next door. Never ordering here again.

  Ordered online and scheduled it for 7:40. Arrived 7:38 with only 1 car in the drive thru. When I arrived at the intercom they said they'll be with me in a moment. Waited 5 minutes in silence and when I asked if they were still there they said they were backed up and to wait a few more minutes. After waiting 6 more minutes I told them I already ordered online and they said the food was actually ready for me. I drive up through the empty drive through and got my food that was barely hot, they apologized for being backed up and so I drove away and looked into the building and there was only a family of 3 inside with zero cars in the drive through. I don't understand how one family caused me to wait over 10 minutes in an empty drive thru to order. Plus they gave me a cherry coke instead of a coke zero, forgot the straw for the drink and forgot the fork for the poutine, either they're super understaffed or they need better training. I've had proper burger joints serve me food faster than this "fast food" establishment.

  I would rate it a 5 but the last time I went the mozzarella sticks were WAY too thin. The whoppers weren't that great. But the service was good. I know you can't change the food portion because you have to make it like the company says.
