  This Burger King is convenient. Otherwise I would never go. They are always going off in other languages. They never greet you. They are so rude. They never say thank you. They have a big sign up saying that DoorDash people can’t pick up their food unless they have a thermal bag to put it in. Because it compromises the quality if they don’t. I saw about five DoorDash pick up food without a thermal bag. Do not think this place cares about quality. I doubt this place would hire A white person or an English person or a French person. It’s an awful place to go so don’t go unless you absolutely have to when you’re starving. Otherwise go to McDonald’s.

  Very disappointing drive-thru experience. We waited at the speaker for a long time with no response at all. We kept saying “hello, is anyone there?” and even drove around twice, but still no acknowledgment. As a restaurant employee myself, I understand being busy, but a simple “please wait” would have made a big difference. We eventually had to go straight to the window to order. Very unprofessional.

  Honestly the best burger king I've ever been to. The food is fresh, the customer service is supar and professional. Place is clean and the location of the store let in some nice lighting in the lobby. Will definitely come back and bring others to prove to them how good this location is.

  Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The manager, Weeda, was handling customer garbage and then came behind the counter and took payments wearing the SAME filthy gloves( touching the payment screen - no one cleaned it after I mentioned this ) . That is blatant cross-contamination and a serious health concern. When I called him out on it, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, he rolled his eyes, took the gloves off, and walked away without saying a single word. No accountability, no professionalism, no concern for food safety or customers. This is hands down some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. If management behaves like this, I can’t imagine what’s happening behind the scenes. Avoid this location. Health Canada should definitely investigate this location. The floors were absolutely disgusting as well.
