  Every time I come into the store, which is often, I always greeted by a lady named Shuchi. She is absolutely wonderful. She is friendly, polite, and really knows her stuff. If you have not experienced subway at the corner of King and. Townline, then you really must go and experience what I have in the past few years. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Their store is so clean!

  The staff member working tonight was very unprofessional. When I mentioned that I had an online order marked as ready, she gave me a dirty look and told me to wait. I waited in the store for about 15 minutes before she even started preparing my order. She also prepared a veggie sub and a meat sub at the same time without changing her gloves. Overall, the attitude was terrible and customers were treated like an inconvenience.
