Avoid this place if you're a walk in. Drive thru is priority. Walk in's are NOT. I visited this place the other day only to wait 29 minutes to receive my order. When I went to ask after 25 minutes of waiting for the order, the clerk rolled her eyes and turned and walked away as I was talking. The order screen was not working, there was a dozen people standing around all waiting for way to long. Yet the drive thru manages to put through 2 dozen cars withing the time standing inside waiting for my order. This restaurant is poorly managed, they truly do not care about customers waiting while they serve the drive thru first. The food was COLD, I later called and spoke with the manager on the phone only for her to say sorry and then HANG UP on me.... Don't waste your time with the second st. McDonalds,
go somewhere else and save yourself any issues.

Just awful! After making it all the way through ordering at the kiosk, credit and debit not working to pay. No signage or anything up. Took receipt to front counter to pay - same thing. Managed to order through the app. Bathrooms were filthy! My order was cleared off of the 'in progress/now serving' screen 3 or 4 minutes before it was actually ready - likely to fluff some metric. Managers sitting in the dining room watching hockey while working on some paperwork seemed more concerned with that, than the drive through that was wrapped around the building, or the credit/debit outage. Food was hot, but a hot mess. Burgers had condiments etc. all over the inside of the wrappers. Fries looked like they were thrown into the top of the bag, and were everywhere - made the napkins burried just underneath fun to use.

An item missing in my bag of food 90% of the time. I returned to the restaurant and the girl asked me where my bag of food was. Duh it's at home. Fix your quality control. Most times I check before I leave and most times I'm missing something. Very frustrating!!

Looking for a quick place to grab lunch for my drive home. Stopped at McDonald’s for the $5 Junior Chicken combo and it was disappointing. The sandwich had no sauce at all but somehow was loaded with lettuce — even though we clearly asked for no lettuce. And no, they weren’t even busy. Drive thru was empty when we got there. It’s frustrating when such a simple order can’t be made correctly. Basic attention to detail shouldn’t be this hard.
