Instead of greeting customers or being helpful, they acted irritated and dismissive. Basic customer service and respect were completely missing. I’ve always liked Subway, but this visit really changed my opinion. I hope the management addresses the staff’s attitude and improves the service quality.

I asked for manager’s number and one of the staff members gave us the number and said she didn’t care even if we called the manager. I was just passing by and I will probably never come here again, but hopefully Subway looks into this and it will be rectified.
