Ordered an oat milk iced coffee via the app, picked it up through the very slow moving drive thru. Noticed right away when the iced coffee finally was ready it looked like there was dairy in it instead of oat milk but I hoped to be wrong. Tasted it, was very obviously dairy and not oat milk even though the employee who handed it said it was oat milk. The sticker placed on the cup also clearly said oat milk and by the time I realized this, was too far to go back to ask for a new one. Very unimpressed.

My boyfriend and I always have the pleasure of being served by Jax! Jax always takes the time to repeat your order back to you, and always makes sure it is correct. Even though they work the night shifts, they are always in high spirits! Thank you for all you do Jax!!

The food was fine, but the wait for the food was unacceptable. Late in the evening, not busy at all, but a 10 minute wait for "fast food."
But much worse than this, I needed to go to the washroom. There was no toilet paper in the men's room. Nada. Nothing like sitting on a toilet needing TP and there is none. I had to text my wife and have her inform staff that I was in the stall and the TP was out. I understand things can get busy and some duties get delayed, but come on!! Washrooms need to be stocked with toilet paper for guests. It's not like I was Billy Bob's Fish Hut (apologies to Billy Bob if that's a thing). This is an international franchised establishment. The situation was completely unacceptable and embarrassing. The manager and staff need to do better than this.

Genuinely don't know how these workers have a job. Regardless if you go in or take out, your order is wrong.
Never any dips, old food and soggy fries... It's crazy to think that when I worked here in 2010-12 they had standards and you had to do your job right or you'd get fired... This place is no longer what it used to be and it shows by the care.
Ordered the other day, family bundle (2 burgers and a kids meal), only received the free Junior chicken and one burger? Yall didn't graduate highschool or something? It's really not hard to read an order.
Here's my complaint I sent back when they had the cups (Sep 4, 2024), and was told I had to go back in person to get a refund.. Even though I paid on the app. The same worker who knowingly gave me 10+ minute old food from the bag they knew was wrong, is still employed and I'm pretty sure she's a manager.
My complaint I sent to Mc Donalds which was made to seem it was my fault for their wrongdoing:
Within a minute of being told to go to the front to wait, some Indian worker came out with an order. She asked me what I had, I showed her my phone and told her the new burger, kids meal, nuggets, glasses. She looked into the bag and said “Oh never mind this is the wrong order, this is a big mac”. She then looked confused and went to the car ahead, not his order, all the way to the back of the parking lot… Not their order either. So here I am waiting 10-15 more for your clown employees to come back with the same order but a different employee to look like its not the same order from 10-15 minutes ago… Didn’t ask me what my order was this time as THEY KNEW THEY WERE GIVING ME AN OLD WRONG ORDER BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO LAZY TO GIVE MY CUPS AND REMAKE THE RIGHT ORDER? Didnt think anything of it until I got home. They planned it all. Could’ve made a whole new order in 5 minutes but they lied and knew they were in the wrong, and still tried to pull it off.
