  Easy Side Mario has really impressed me with their recent renovations—the place looks fresh, modern, and even more welcoming than before. I tried their pizza during my visit, and it was absolutely delicious with a perfect balance of flavor and texture. The updated atmosphere, combined with the friendly service, made the whole experience even better. It’s clear they’ve put care into improving both the space and the food. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

  We had such a great experience at East Side Mario’s thanks to our server, Diego. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive the entire time. He checked on us often without ever feeling intrusive, and he made sure everything came out just the way we wanted. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a good experience. His kindness and upbeat energy really made our meal that much better. Thank you, Diego, for such amazing service — we’ll definitely be back!

  My husband and I arrived at 4:15pm for an early date night dinner. The greeter at the door was confused about how to seat 2 people, since the renovation. She wanted to seat us at the bar and we don’t drink. It took her quite a while to get us seated at a very uncomfortable table. The couple behind us were seated at a booth! When my food arrived an hour later (pizza), no ingredients were on the outside of the pizza and only in the middle! This was the worst experience we ever had. It was also very loud and cold, due to the door being open. The server was very kind and lovely. We’re never going back! Not a good place for a couple to go for dinner, could not even hear each other.

  We called Tuesday for a reservation for 20-25 people for a birthday party. Upon arriving for the reservation time the table was not ready and they had to call a manager to place our reservation. I assume whoever took the reservation over the phone Tuesday for Saturday Nov 1st did not put it in. The entire party was very disorganized. Separate seating areas for the guests. Some guests had their backs to other guest because of the way they placed us. The food portions were very small compared to the other times we have gone. The service was extremely slow. It took over half an hour to have our drinks brought out and appetizers taken. It took another half an hour before our main entrees were taken and approx an hour from the time we received our appetizers to our main entrees. The waitress had to be asked multiple times for replenishments on drinks. And she even argued with one of our guests on the size of an entree salad that was half the size of 2 other entree salads at the same table. I had to get up from my seat and ask 3 employees if they could sing to my daughter for her birthday. The lady who was our main server always had a reply and excuse for the time frame. I had mentioned how we were there for 2 hours and just ready to go at that point and she did not even apologize for the service and arguing with a guest, she just told me they need to clean first and still took 15-20 mins before they came back to clean and get the singers ready for my daughter. Definitely very disappointed in the experience on Nov 1st! I’ve never had this type of experience at East Sides. Customer service was definitely a 0 but we can’t out 0 on the review. Being that the reservations were made to a 19th birthday party 4 days before the date asked, the service was mediocre right from the moment we stepped into the building. I will not be returning to East Sides Cornwall again, and it saddens me as my family usually loves ESM!
