  Tried to grab a quick bite today with daughter in an event nearby. Ordered in app to pick up at counter, walked in and I was the only customer there at the counter with nobody waiting to pick up. Took them a long time to get order ready, even 2 other walk-in customers got their order after me, I’m still waiting for mine! They explained they had to give priorities to drive-thru customers so they had to make me a new batch of fries! Got the order and ate in car, and the quarter-pounder was disgusting!! The patty was thin, dry, and tough like rubber, felt like its been sitting there for days!!! I took 2 bites and had to throw it away!! (Pic shared) Didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t complaint on the app, and I was then too far away to go back!

  I ordered 1 McDouble and it took 10 minutes to come out. Ordered extra pickles on the burger and got none.

  A delightful place to stop for lunch. Friendly and helpful people working at this location. The food was well prepared and arrived at the table quickly.

  My wife and I went for a couple breakfast sandwiches. We were asked to wait, which always sucks, but what followed was the worst Mcdonalds experience we have ever had. After waiting 15 minutes a slovenly blonde girl with a dangling nose ring came and asked us if we ordered two burritos. We said no and then I saw her change the orders with another customer who had also been waiting, gotten the wrong order, went inside and they changed the bags. All the sandwiches had been opened. When they tried to present me with them I said NO and I simply want a refund at this point. The very rude blonde girl laughed and said " we don't give refunds" to which I said you can or will some other way make this right. The girl then exclaimed "listen I'm only 16" like that means anything. Do your job. That's when my wife went inside to talk to the manager. The blonde girl then berated my wife about using the "wrong door" which worked perfectly fine and while my wife was inside she was snickering and laughing to her other employees about her wanting a refund. The manger finally did address her refund but what a joke. If you are working there you are trained in customer service. You have a job to do no matter what age you are and disrespecting a customer should be grounds for dismissal. This location is clearly a joke judging by all the other bad reviews. Fire your boneheaded childish employees and give somebody else, who has a clue, a job. Totally unprofessional.
