  One time when I had all my family over, I went to grab us some dinner here and it was almost 10 burgers and 3 ice creams. As I was waiting at the second window—someone gave me the ice cream first and told me to wait for the rest, the ice cream was slowly melting down… it wasn’t a big deal—but I would’ve expected the ice cream to be last. Otherwise, when I went home—one burger was missing, so I had to go back and I got another ice cream and they gave the ice cream first again? I’m not sure what the system is, but the burger took roughly 5 minutes and it came out when the ice cream was melted. However, the service and the employees are still very polite and friendly at any time of day. This will be my emergency food spot for whenever I have family over as a midnight snack.

  I recently visited this new McDonald’s location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of the first things I noticed is that the kitchen is completely hidden, which makes the space feel closed off and uncomfortable. Part of what I appreciate at other locations is being able to see the activity, and this layout just feels very unwelcoming. Feels more of a truck rest stop The washroom was not clean, which is especially concerning for a brand-new location. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation, and it didn’t meet that standard. I ordered table service, but my food was left sitting on the counter instead of being brought to my table. When I asked the manager about it, she didn’t seem concerned at all, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The food quality was also poor. My wrap was very loosely made and fell apart easily. My sandwich wasn’t assembled properly most of the lettuce was off to the side and the patty was hanging off the bun. The chicken in the Happy Meal wrap was burnt, which made it unpleasant to eat. Overall, the layout, cleanliness, service, and food quality all need serious improvement. I really didn’t like the look and feel of this location and hope management takes steps to address these issues.
