- MMMV2 days ago1.0Went through the drive through right now ordered a hamburger and went to the window to pay. The nasty woman at the window said she couldn’t take my $50 as she didn’t have change. I told her that’s all I have so how am I suppose to pay. I asked for a manager and she said they’re not there. She went back and forth with me again so I again asked to speak to a manager and she said she’s the manager. So she lied about the manager not being there and then saying she’s IS the manager. So I’m suppose to believe she didn’t have the change without even looking?? I’ll contact head office. This worker should not be in customer service to lie about no manager and then she’s the manager. I have the whole conversation recorded on my dashcam. Will share it around so others can see how ridiculous she is!!

One day you'll come in and there won't be any other customers but you'll get a super fresh hot meal. Another day you'll come in and you will get a dry overcooked sitting under a heat lamp burger which is just sad. Times are tough for everyone and consistency is key to retaining customers.
