  Ordered delivery thru MacDonald App, missing 2 items, called backed at 10:30pm talked to a guy, he said they don't do delivery and can't find this order. I told him I don't care which company they jird but we didn't get the foods, then he just hang up. Worst customer service ever!!!!

  Disgusting location. The staff and management simply don’t care. I tried to bring my family for a quick meal around 3pm, the restaurant was not busy. Took 20 minutes just to order because the staff didn’t speak English. The other family we were with tried to order from the kiosk and 2/4 broke down. The bathrooms were a hazardous mess, the ketchup/drink station was a mess, garbages overflowing In over an hour and a half of being at the restaurant, not a single garbage was changed, the ketchup was not refilled despite notifying staff several times. No staff were wearing hairnets or beard nets, several were seen on their phones texting in the kitchen McDonald corporate needs to step in.

  Ordered two drinks- took 15 minutes to let me know that they don’t have them available. Issued a new order and didn’t prioritize it due to the inconvenience. I ordered two other drinks of lesser value and walked away from the cash not considering that the there was a 2 dollar price difference. This location either needs more staff or better organization. It should not take 30 minutes to get two drinks. McDonald’s, fix your service.

  I am sitting at McDonald’s and my ears are being assaulted by night club volume music. When did McDonald’s decide to blast the volume of the music in the restaurant? I even have my own earbuds in with white noise and it is not helping. I asked the manager and she did nothing to lower the volume. It is sickening that you have to endure at 7:40 in the morning McDonald’s head office go inside your restaurant and see if you can focus and not get sick with the level of music playing over overhead.

  This is got to be THE worst McDonald's in Vaughan. No one know how to make burgers especially the Big Mac. It's obvious that the employees have not been taught any standards. What a joke I had to send my Big Mac back 3 times because tbey just don't know what they are doing. The dirty looks you get when you question their ability to do their jobs right. Sorry but I have never worked at McDonald's but i know how a Big Mac is made. Get it together guys. This is why McDonald's is going down the toilet. Service, food and quality generally just sucks.
