  Started out with everyone who came to the door had to wait to be seated even though there were plenty of open tables. Got sent to a table that had not been cleaned and had papers all over the floor under the table. Moved to another table which was sticky and had no ketchup in the bottle. 2 girls on staff yet realky only saw 1running around and the other looked like she really did not want to be there. She mopped under 1 table and disappeared left the top of the table for the ine racing around. Had a stupid robot bringing food out to your table on trays for anyone to touch along the way. With a firl following the robot to put the food in front of you . So what are youbtipping for I asked myself. The food could have been hotter and she asked if we wanted refills of our diet coke so she brought a cup out and poured some into my glass and some into my husbands. Thats something I've never seen. Were they trying to save on washing dishes because we were 5 feet from the bar ,yes a bar at swiss chalet another thing I've never seen. The washrooms had zero heat. It was like a freezer in there again with papers all over the floor and pee on the seats if every toilet. Would i eat there again. NOPE

  Well first off I ordered for takeout and I ordered over an hour in advance my wife showed up there to pick it up and it was not ready yet which it's busy today I can understand that that's fine. So not being ready at a decent time for just a regular classic chicken family chicken meal which is three sets of fries a caesar salad and and a chicken rotisserie chicken shouldn't take that long but whatever. The Caesar salad came and with no dressing so that's another thing that was wrong and they asked me twice how I wanted the chicken cut I said in quarters and they did not cut in quarters they cut it in half so that's another thing wrong and yeah just poor service

  We ordered for Pick-Up on Boxing Day! A Family Festive Special. The food was delicious. Only issue was that when we arrived to pick up the order, they claimed they didn't have it - however this turned out to be our fault as well, as we had placed the order through Uber Eats, and didn't realize there was an extra step to confirm the pickup order. Staff were patient and worked with us on figuring that out. After that was settled, they had the order ready very shortly after the estimated pickup time. Great portions for the 4 of us with leftovers for the next day. Even though I work for Recipe this was my first time trying Swiss Chalet in my life and I was not dissapointed! Love the stuffing they used and the chicken was AMAZING! Thanks for all your hard work guys 💖

  We came here as a big family of 16, which we had booked weeks in advance. We arrived at 6pm and did not get our meal until 7:30pm. We had asked the server multiple times for our order and she kept telling us it was being plated, on the tray etc but still had to wait very long for our food. The manager refused to acknowledge our wait and argued with us. His name is Samip Dalal - extremely unprofessional attitude, especially in the service industry. Furthermore, our food was disappointing. The chicken was dry and the salad was overdressed to the point where there were clumps of salad dressing and not edible. As well, our other order was incorrect. I am writing this in hopes that higher management will recognize that this is not acceptable service standards. Our server was great, it is management that is poor.

  I wish I could give zero star to the quality of this place. First I ordered food it took 45 minutes to arrive, it came with cold fries and burnt pizza for my son. Later I asked them to change the pizza then I got raw base pizza just melted cheese on the top, for our meals as well the food was tasteless. Later for the dessert the ice cream was served with a hair on it. Worst restaurant in Collingwood. Later even the server didn’t come to our table for bill , she sent someone else as she was just standing at the corner.
