They were so slow, didn’t bring necessities when asked for (ie spoon, mayo, I had to go over to Harvey’s and get it myself), stone cold food and the chicken in my dry sandwich tasted like it was a week old! It was inedible. I did ask what was going on and told them it was worst service and food we ever had there. She started arguing with me! I said, stop! We will NEVER be back! Oh and bathrooms were disgustingly filthy!

Wait! It's Swiss Chalet....Then today once again order at 4pm said 50 min wait....Still waiting....It's 6pm. Not impressed at all....Probably won't be ordering again, Knowing the restaurant industry, this is just insane. Definitely need to fix whom ever is in management cause this is 2025.....Very frustrating! Then to have no one pick up phones? At all!? Unacceptable! Used the Swiss Chalet app, can't get in contact with anyone, app been saying it's on it's way....ASAP but no movement nor delivery🤷🏽♀️ you have lost my business
