  On Saturday we tried to do order on line on my sons phone, I input my credit card 4 times error message for the bogo deal. Then I did it on my phone, got the order in. Ordered at 5:22 the picked up at 5:40 pm and brought it home, went to open it around 8-9pm, all veggies, No steak in it. Called the store, No manager on duty, Indian girl on phone said” why are you calling now when you ordered at “5:22?” What is she accusing me of? So I am not allowed to to eat it anytime? It’s been almost 2 days and nobody called me back. Sandwich is sticking up my fridge, I just garbage $15 Worst experiences Any ways this is American company, go to start going to Mr Sub, Canadian and better experience Support Canadians

  The two service workers were kind, efficient and knowledgeable. My favourite Subway because of the service provided.

  We live close by so this is our default spot when we want a quick, half decently healthy fast food dinner. We have tried to overlook many issues, many times but unfortunately it just keeps getting worse. Tonight we ordered 2 footlongs. Same base sub but on different bread and different toppings. Get home to find they aren’t made right. I picked off and moved toppings around. We never get toasted and the bacon one both wasn’t even heated/cooked, just peeled off the paper and slapped on our subs. I asked for extra spinach on one and found maybe 7 pieces. I don’t expect a gourmet meal, but still expect the basics when 2 subs now cost almost $35… We have nothing bad to say about the staff as they are always friendly and quick. More just lack of attention/caring unfortunately.

  I’ve never been in, I order delivery. I’ve never had a bad sub. Full of veggies and fresh bread. Fantastic!
