We had two orders of calamari, one of which contained chicken, and the other of which was mostly just peppers. Our waitress was very lovely and sweet and was great about resolving things, as was the manager, and we were very pleased with the direct service. Disappointing overall, I feel bad for the clearly understaffed Saturday night shift.

I do great in a restaurant unless I am completely ignored after being glanced at a few times . We looked around and many of the tables were still filled with dirty dishes . We have been to this restaurant years ago and it was pretty good . I guess things have changed !

The waiter did not show up until way later. There was no way for me to go and search for her as we were sitting on the west side by the windows. When she eventually showed up, she offered me to take the meal out of the bill, as it was too late to wait until a new portion was cooked. I went home hungry and upset. Horrible service.

We usually go to the one in Barrie which is really good, however since we are from the Beach we decided to go to Collingwood thinking it would be the same. That couldn't be further from the truth. The restaurant was very understaffed. Our waitress Savanah was great and very kind when she was available which wasn't often as she was running around tying to serve all her other guests as well so this is no slight on her. Every staff member looked run off their feet bombing around the restaurant as fast as they could. We waited over an hour for our food and the food was cooked poorly. Steak overcooked, Chicken Parm burnt, Pasta too runny. I got the wrong side but decided it took so long to get the food why bother complaining. When I asked for drink refills they were given to us in cups that smelled like a dirty dish rag and it literally made us gag. I used the washroom and 3 of the 4 toilets were clogged and not flushing. We will never be back to this location, it took almost 3 hours to have dinner here (including dessert). Shame on the owners for not staffing the place properly on a busy Saturday night. Do yourself a favour go somewhere else.
