  Great Harvey’s location! Always get my order just the way I want it. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive to ensure your order is fulfilled properly. My order is always more complex and probably tedious to make so I really appreciate the fact that the staff ensure it’s made to perfection! Thanks to the crew at the Collingwood Harvey’s! Always great service, great quality, and fantastic flavour.

In a fast-paced environment, it’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with genuine kindness, but Kristina does exactly that. Here is what made the visit stand out: * Warm Welcome: From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. * Attention to Detail: She took the time to ensure my order was exactly how I wanted it. My burger was built perfectly! * Positive Energy: Her upbeat attitude is contagious and it clearly makes a difference in the atmosphere of the restaurant. It is clear that Kristina takes pride in her work. If you’re stopping by this location, you’re in great hands if she’s behind the counter. Harvey's Collingwood is lucky to have her on the team!

  On my last few visits to Harvey's I was served by Kristina. Each time she was patient with me as I get take out for five people and need to take my time so as not to mess up on someone's meal. She never hurries me or makes me feel like I must hurry even when there are people in line behind me. She confirms my order making any changes correcting mistakes I may have made. The food as always is delicious. On one of these occasions I accidently spilled a glass of pop all over the floor and when I told her and was apologizing she went and got a mop and bucket and cleaned it up all the while reassuring me it was no big deal. Not just saying it but meaning it. This did put me at ease so that I was able to put proper toppings on all the burgers, that's half the battle to a good burger ( proper toppings) . Kristina made that particular visit less stressful for me. Her kindness was much appreciated. She is always friendly yet professional and a pleasure and a relief to see at the register when I go to Harvey's for our evening meal.

  This is by far the best Harvey’s I’ve ever been to. From every member of the staff, namely, this girl named Christine I think her name is she’s always smiling and talking to people and remembers regular people. But all of the staff are always in a good mood and smiling, and I can see the manager goes out of his way to make it a good experience for every person. They have made a mistake with my order one time, And they were quick to make it right and compt my next meal for free. Such an amazing experience every time, thank you. I don’t believe it’s about the mistakes you make it’s about how you resolve them and this place is just an example of what a great Harvey’s should be.
