- DCDre C5 days ago1.0Ever since this location has been under new management, the service quality has significantly declined. The last few times we went, staff were stingy with food quantity/toppings. They also tried to tell us we couldn't use a coupon because we didn't tell them first before ordering...we complained and suddenly they could use the coupon. The manager there is always watching staff making them feel uncomfortable, which also makes customers uncomfortable. Do yourself a favour and drive to the wasaga location, much better quality and service.

She was nice and professional, right before we pulled up to order someone came and « butted » the line hoping they could order there (at the window) but she told them to go back to the entrance where all the cars were lined up. After that happened she was very nice with me and my family for exp: when we spilled one of our burgers on me she tried to give us napkins to clean up but we kindly refused since we already had napkins. Overall Christina was a great help.
