If it’s possible, I could give zero star to the service the lady gave to my husband
Terrible customer service at this Subway location. My husband simply asked for small changes to his sub, and the staff member refused. Instead of helping, she acted rude, unprofessional, and even made a false accusation that he was “staring at her” while he was just waiting for his order.
If someone can’t handle basic customer service or behave professionally, they shouldn’t be working in this job. On top of that, the sandwich was made poorly even though he paid full price. Very disappointing experience and absolutely unacceptable.
Unprofessional, careless, and completely unfit for the job.
I hope the manager or the owner will look into this matter and take a step to investigate this matter .

I’ve always liked stopping at this Subway, but lately it’s become difficult because so many truckers park here even when they’re not customers. They block the property, make it hard to access the store, and honestly ruin the experience for people who actually want to buy food.
It’s not Subway’s fault at all — the staff here works hard, they’re polite, and the food is always fresh. But the constant blocking from non-customers makes it tough for regular customers like me to even get in.
I hope things improve, because this Subway deserves better. It’s a great spot with great service — if people would just respect the property and not treat it like a free parking lot.

I recently visited Subway and had a great experience! The staff was friendly, greeted me right away, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Everything tasted fresh—from the veggies to the bread—and the ingredients were well stocked and clean. My sandwich was assembled neatly, and the portions were generous.
The restaurant itself was tidy, and the service was quick even during a busy time. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The truck was parked in a spot clearly says as someone’s private property. The moment they parked, my employee politely informed them that if they weren’t buying anything, they couldn’t just leave their truck blocking the area. One of them went to Tim Hortons, and the other walked into our store only to use the washroom.
While he was inside, another transport truck came by and couldn’t pass because their truck was blocking the route. A second trucker had to wait nearly five minutes before squeezing through. Their careless parking created unnecessary chaos for everyone actually stopping by to buy something.
When the guy came out of the washroom, he pretended to order even though it was obvious he had no intention of purchasing. So we told him politely, “If you’re not buying, that’s fine — but next time, don’t park here unless you’re a customer.”
Instead of acting normal, he said, “I’m not the one driving. Go tell my co-driver in the truck.”
At that point, I had no choice but to approach the truck. I took the number plate because their behavior — rude, disrespectful, and entitled — was concerning.
Then they came back into the store, taking pictures of staff, raising their voices, and trying to intimidate us like goons. That wasn’t just disrespectful — it was alarming. They really acted like it was their “right” to do whatever they want on private property.
People like this ruin the reputation of hardworking, respectful truckers who visit us daily.
It takes barely five minutes to park properly and not disrupt someone’s daily operations.
Everyone here is working — you’re not the only one under pressure, Mr. Goon.
Don’t dump your work stress on others and then act like you own the place.
Yes, we are immigrants too, but at least we understand basic civic sense — something you clearly need to learn. Respect is earned, not demanded.

We were parked on the road because it was closed during a snowstorm. Once the road finally reopened, we went to the Subway beside Petro-Pass in Cochrane. My co-driver went inside Subway while I went to Tim Hortons. As my co-driver was **simply looking at the menu**, the staff member kept **pressuring him to order** over and over again. Even after he explained that he needed to buy something in order to use the washroom, the employee continued being **rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional**.
Because of this behavior, my co-driver walked out and joined me at Tim Hortons. But what happened next was unbelievable — the same employee came outside, **recorded a video of our truck without our consent**, and even used **inappropriate language**. This is beyond unprofessional; it’s harassment, and it shows zero respect for customers, especially truck drivers who support this business every single day.
I’ve bought food from this location many times, but after this incident, I’m extremely disappointed and honestly shocked. Considering that a huge part of their customer base is truckers, treating people this way is unacceptable.
To all fellow truckers: **avoid this Subway**. And if anyone thinks this is an exaggeration, just check the Google reviews — many others have faced the same issues here.
