By that time the place was packed. Some who arrived after us got food before us. One of our chicken wings was cremated. Our server, I think her name was Jamie, was fantastic. Under the circumstances she handled the situation well. Overheard another server say that the kitchen was overwhelmed and the cook was sick. When we left the front was packed with people waiting for tables, lined up out the door and the drive thru was backed up into the parking lot. I know it's the holidays but you need to staff to suit. Terrible management.

From the moment I arrived, Emjay was welcoming, friendly, and made great conversation while seating me at my table.
