    Recently had dinner at this location and really enjoyed it! What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was our server, Heather. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Heather was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. She checked in at just the right times, made great menu recommendations, and had such a warm, positive attitude that it made our whole meal even more enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. It’s rare to receive service that stands out this much, but Heather absolutely made our night. We’ll definitely be returning, and we hope to be seated in her section again!

    Cobourg, Ontario Ordered quarter chicken. At pick up I received the chicken, etc. The fries looked like left overs from at least 3 days prior to pick up. You could see the fries had been cooked in over used frying oil. The food was cold. The meat smelt like manure. Disgusting. Will never eat at Swiss Chalet. When calling in the order, the person on the phone could not speak loud enough for the customer to hear the order.

    I was at Swiss Chalet for an early lunch this morning. I had Emjay as my server, which was an amazing start to my day. She was very polite, talkative and you could tell she was meant to be a server.

    I am the tour guide from the state and i bring big group of people all the time. I ‘ve been to so many different restaurants and different swiss chalets And this place is the best restaurant that i ever been in canada. Because all my travelers were always fully satisfied by the foods and kindness of the servers, (evan, atlanta, nicole and my favorite jamiee, and manager mohammed..) Everyone are so kind and they serve so fast so we don’t have to waste time for waiting….. i hope there are more restaurants like this one in other places..

    We always get good service, always greeted with a smile and friendly servers, including the robot. Food is always good and its a good place to meet up with friends. You can have a chat and hear each other even though there are a few screens its not loud. Even better if you go on a Tuesday as its 2 for 1 for the quarter chicken dinner.
