My husband was very sick for two days after getting the Big Mac for him and myself. He ate his , l took two bites and knew there was something wrong with it. I threw mine out.

Ordered a lettuce wrap egg with sausage. When arrived just a small piece of lettuce on bottom. Normally would have let it go but the yolk was runny. Went back into store and complain. All I got was the supervisor putting lettuce on top. When handed to me I asked why it was not replaced and no answer. As I was on the highway phoned store and manager apologized but too late

It's become more commercial and not very welcoming. It used to be the best place for children's parties. Now it's usually very silent. And of course quite expensive.

the staff keeps on messing up the orders, a guy before me came back as he ordered two pancakes and got only one tray. I got my order and saw that my hash brown is missing!! when I went back to get it, the lady didn't even utter a word, just gave me another one! no apology, no sincereness, nothing. I'm lovin' it!! and, for the record this is not the first time they forgot the hash brown, it happened to me before!!
