  Took our grandkids this evening Ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked if I could add peanut butter cups on top- was told no that I could not add topping I asked twice I have done this for years and there’s never been a problem- I just pay extra for the topping

  Honestly, I dont know how the day shift and night shift can be so abysmally different. Day time, food is always fresh and fast. Today we went for dinner, and I wont do that again. Our food sat for 28 mins while no one did anything, forgot our fries, didn't make our blizzards, only gave us 2 of our 4 drinks after asking, and showing what we purchased. The poor person at the drive through was there as long as we were waiting. Complete waste of time and money.

  I normally buy sandwiches from DQ, and I visited your location on January 29th around 8 PM. I asked about the birthday treats that, according to your website, are offered on birthdays. However, the cashier told me he was not aware of any such program. I ended up purchasing an ice cream, and when I asked for the bill, he refused to provide it, saying he had thrown it away. I don’t understand why employees are allowed to behave this way. As customers, don’t we have the right to receive a bill for what we purchase? I do not know the employee’s name, but I strongly request that management provide proper training. The employee also said he had no idea about the DQ app. Why hire employees who are not informed about your own promotions or customer service standards? Please address this issue.

  Never went inside, so I couldn't tell you if the place was clean? The banana split was da bomb.
