  Placed a pick up order online through uber eats. When picking up my order, one of the employees accused me of picking up an order “that was not mine” implying i was posing as “DoorDash” to steal someone’s order. I told her what my order was and everything on the order details, where she then proceeded to ask me multiple times “are you sure? Are you sure this is your order” After I just told her what the order is and what is on each sub, etc trying to reassure her that it is in fact my order and I am not trying to steal someone’s subway order. I understand and appreciate double checking and confirming orders are being picked up by the correct customer but I do not understand nor appreciate the repetitive and unnecessary assumptions AFTER trying to reassure the employee that it is in my fact my order as well as providing her with the order details, etc. and continuing to accuse me of posing as door dash to steal a subway order? This pickup order should’ve been a quick in and out trip but instead turned into an unnecessary debate about if I was posing as door dash to steal a subway order?

  I used to work at a subway (Like three months ago for three years)... And this is disgusting. My sandwich has nothing on it. Not at all how I asked. No sauce? I asked for extra ceaser?? The amount of chicken on my chicken ceaser is the amount that's supposed to be on a six inch. I know, because like I said I worked at one. Absolute rip off. I hope cooperate see's this and inspects your subway. Boyfriend's sub was disgusting too. I don't even care about the price but to get food you've been waiting for all day and it be so disappointing you're actually stunned? Wow.
