- JJJenniferOct 1, 20251.0This was once the best subway in Chatham. They replaced all of the workers with "new" staff. Now the quality has gone down hill drastically. The meat looks dried out. The veggies look expired. Some look like they have mold on it. The girl working there cant seem to remember anything you tell her so you have to repeat yourself 5 times. I really should have just walked out. She didnt know the size of soup that comes with the combo. She didnt know the names of the different types of cheese offered. The counter was dirty. Standards have gone down hill. I may just never eat at subway again. Same as tim Hortons, time to boycott subway!!
