  Ordered a Bic Mac meal. Ice machine was empty but the staff got me some ice for me from their kitchen. A good practice would be topping up the ice machine each morning. Eventually the manager topped it up while i was eating. My visit was shortly after 11am, breakfast ended and lunch began. Im going to assume everything will be fresh right now since lunch just started so lets go over it. Fries were fresh strictly made to order but there no salt on them. Big mac was a disaster, bun was stale and tasted bad and in some parts rock hard. Coke was warm. For the price you have to pay for a meal here I expect better value for the money. Not something like that. Im very disappointed in my visit today. I hope this location improves. It felt like I was ripped off. Let me add I did not talk to the manager about this. Im making this review instead.

  Short staffed, nosy manager, no charger holes, no condiments, long wait, dirty tables, only one kiosk, constantly gets order wrong and out of stock many items...

  Awful employee and management. Was at the restaurant after a long day of grocery with my baby in walmart. Wanting to sit down and eat to order.. However a rude employee came up and said rudely to remove our grocery cart which we politely did. However she came back and complained that we shouldn't have outside food in there. Which by the way we bought in walmart. And wanted to put on the table cause we didn't want to leave the food outside the restaurant in the cart just cause we didn't want it to get stolen. We were in fact going to order some food, but I had to feed my 2 months old baby first before we order, cause the line was too long to wait. We sat down first on the tables and pre-hap she judge us that we were only using it to eat our outside food there rather than ordering from them. They kicked us out before we had the chance to order food from them, we were truly embarrassed and surely was awful how they treated us. Specially when I was just wanting to feed my 2 month old baby first before we order. Again don't recommend coming here, worst customer service and management ever.

  The Chatham Walmart McDonald's is a great location for a quick drink or even a meal. It is located in a convenient location within the store. The staff and mangers on weekdays are very friendly and will go out of their way to make a great experience for you. The staff on weekends can sometimes make it slower at times. Love this location!
