Today I ordered an double quarter pounder with cheese and what I got was a single quarter pounder with no cheese. Its even in a dbl quarter pounder box and the receipt say dbl qtr cheese. I can forgive the occasional mistake but almost every time?

I went for a refill and we went up to the counter and we asked for a refill, and the manager looked at us, turned around and walked away, didn’t say anything to us and then we stood there for a bit and then he came back and asked what we wanted and we said refill and he said we don’t do that since Covid, which is a lie they used to just replace your cup but besides the point it’s getting a low score because he looked at us and just walked away

The young lady working cash at 6pm on November 19th had appalling attitude and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m not sure where the entitlement comes from but I have never had to write a review before and here I am. Very disappointed.
