My husband ordered a coffee. There was no cream, milk or sugar on the table. We asked the waitress for milk and she said she would bring some. She then came to take our order and did not have the milk. We asked again if we could have milk for the coffee and she gave us an attitude. This was not a pleasant experience and I guarantee we will not be back.

- CCCatOct 24, 20252.0It was date night and we are new to Chatham. So we thought we couldn't go wrong with a chain restaurant, we were wrong. No wait time, asked for a booth but we didn't get it. Took awhile to get our order placed, slow waitress (likely understaffed?). Well food wasn't that good. I got the bbq chicken club, chicken didn't even fully fit on the bun; rubbery and tasteless with overpowering bbq sauce. Only thing I liked was the loaded fries, for extra $. My husband got the wings with the loaded fries. He had no issues with the fries, but didn't like the wings. The wing itself was fine but the sauces weren't good, low quality and lacking flavor. Then we had to wait for our receipt to pay. Not sure how this place is so highly rated or maybe it was just a fluke, won't ever know.
