    Full of incompetent staff that have zero customer service skills. Have 3 people behind the counter yet nobody communicating with any customers let alone eachother. Why have an order pick up window if no one even approaches you while you’re standing there? Ordered items on the app to then be told they don’t have the item and no refunds can be made if you purchased on the app. Customer service training needed BADLY.

    Burgers cooked days in advance and then microwaved, chicken strips as tough as leather, ice cold fries, and warm soft serve treats served up by unprofessional kids with lousy attitudes. Add to this inflated prices and skimpy portioning and it becomes abundantly clear why this DQ has no business. At what point is DQ Canada going to step up and put an end to this carnival of chaos? This franchisee has little respect for DQ’s operating protocols and even less for his customers. What a shameful embarrassment to the fine people of the city of Windsor who deserve better.

    Is there a reason we are rudely told to not grab a icecream cake ? I’m tired worked all day and just need to get a $40 8 inch ice-cream cake. If we can’t grab them maybe move cooler behind counter. Wasn’t impressed no greeting just a rude comment

    Absolutely disgusted with the service went there today they said they can make my banana split without bananas . I asked for a refund and they said I have to go online for it. The assistant manager was smirking and giving me a lot of attitude . I asked for an alternative which they said was peanut butter which I told them I cannot have. They were not willing to help in anyway and just said we can’t do Anything about and I was beyond disgusted . Came home without my split. Horrible!

    I chose Dairy Queen because they were the only fast food chain that didn't have any customers there as I was in a hurry. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was told to hang on a minute Which turned into five minutes. When I tried speaking into the speaker to see if somebody was there, nobody replied. I simply drove away. it's always very slow service at this location.
