  I don’t usually expect much from fast food, it’s Arby’s, and the food is exactly what you’d expect. No complaints there. But what really makes this location stand out is the incredible service. We usually swing through the drive-thru late at night, and there’s a guy working who is consistently upbeat, friendly, and genuinely happy to be there. It’s honestly impressive. You can tell he takes real pride in his customer service and in making sure customers have a good experience, which is rare and really appreciated. It might seem like a small thing, but his attitude completely changes the experience. Great service like that deserves recognition.

  Delightful little Arby’s by my hotel in Chatham, I was staying for work purposes and stop by the Arby’s . It was surprisingly delicious. I had the Reuben sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and curly fries sided with Arby sauce and ketchup. The mozzarella sticks were probably the best I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. The sandwich was good and the fries were amazing. Whatever they season them with is my favourite part of the meal.
