I had such a great experience at this KFC. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned — exactly what you hope for when you’re craving KFC. The staff were friendly, patient, and really attentive, which made the visit even better. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and everything felt well‑organized. Definitely one of the best KFC locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Thank you KFC 806 St Clair. Chatham for the Great experience at KFC! The customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help, which made the visit really pleasant. My order was prepared fast and everything was fresh and tasty. It is always nice to see a team that cares about their customers. I will definitely be coming back again.

Been to this location 4 times with my daughter. Everytime with out fail the dipping sauce that I paid for will be missing. I swear they do it on purpose. Always 25-30 min wait for sandwich and tenders meals. Gravy only filled half way up. Staff won't engage with you when trying to ask for something. You have to use kiosk and mandatory tip required to use it(i put 0 to get around it). Hopefully corporate sees these complaints and gets a new crew of workers because thet will be the downfall of they're store

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was very frustrating and disappointing.
I placed a drive thru order at 4:53 PM for a total of $90.52. This was a large order, and I completely understand mistakes can happen however, this situation went far beyond a simple error.
First, we were asked to pull ahead and park wait about 30 minutes. Then we were told to go back through the drive-thru because our drinks were forgotten. While waiting again, we noticed the brownie and dipping sauces were also missing, which were given to us.
When we finally got home, we realized the popcorn chicken was missing as well.
I called the store right away and politely explained that I had just been there and was missing the popcorn chicken, making sure to say I understood it was a big order. Unfortunately, the staff member hung up on me mid-conversation. I tried calling back 4 times, waited a few minutes, and no one answered the phone.
This is not the first time items have been missing, but being hung up on and ignored afterward is unacceptable. At this point, I’m not just asking for the missing food I expect an apology, compensation, and an email or call back, preferably from the district manager, as this experience left me extremely upset.
I hope management takes this seriously and follows up, because customer service like this is not okay.

I love KFC chicken. I prefer it over Popeyes. But not this location. The wait time for food here is always so long. Every time I go there's only two people working. I ordered my food using the kiosk. It took almost 5 minutes before the order appeared on the board that it was being prepared. I was waiting patiently for my food and the lady asks what are you waiting for and I said my order. And she says oh okay. Did you get a drink with that? I said yes she goes. Oh you should have asked for a cup. I shouldn't have to ask. You should just say oh you ordered a meal. Here's your cup. The lady was very rude and was only nice to skip the dishes. Other customers went up and asked questions and she was also very rude to them as well. Kfc should not have a drive-thru since chicken takes a while to cook. They always have to pull the cars and have them park which causes wait times to go up since the staff have to run the food to the cars every 5 minutes. The wait time here is always forever and the food is not the hottest once you get it, the food is not cold but it's not hot. I expect very hot food if I'm going to be waiting that long. I waited almost 20 to 30 minutes somewhere in that range to get my food. Also, they don't like doing cashier. They always refer you to use the kiosk and do card. The staff don't like taking your order. They like you using the kiosk. So if you want to use cash, don't come here. I had to actually help a customer who was an older gentleman and his wife since they did not know technology that well. I had to help him with the kiosk since the lady working wouldn't help them. They only had one question and it was simple but that's besides the point. This is the worst location to come to. And I understand it's the winter and it's cold outside but the heat was broken. Shouldn't the heat be working? If it's a newer building, I don't understand why it was so cold in there. It's a new building. The lady just said to other customers that the heat was broken but it's a new building or newer. This is the worst location and very understaffed. Wait times are always forever and they don't really accept cash. Don't come here.
