There was a lot of confusion behind the counter, and no one seemed to be in charge. My order took way too long, and when I finally got it, it wasn’t even right. Overall, it was a frustrating visit and definitely not worth the wait. I won’t be coming back.
- SRsohail rashidOct 28, 20251.0At this location they insist you use the kiosk machines to order unless you have a coupon or paying by cash, i had a coupon, found out at counter i had to use cash as well (which was fine..i had it), asked for the zinger sandwich combo which includes fries and a fountain drink, a customer behind me had trouble ordering from kiosk and some one gave her instructions but she still struggled with it, then we had wait close to half an hour, she got her order first and they only give you the cup for the fountain drink when your food is finally ready, when i my combo finally arrived he gave me the cup, the fries were cold and the sandwich dry(spicy chicken sandwiches better at Wendy's down the road even though chicken isn't supposedly the specialty there), i dont think i've ever given a one star rating before but I think one star is too high for this location! I fully agree with the comment by another customer who wrote "only come here if you have lots of time and like cold food."
