Ordered a bucket meal that comes with fries and two sides and chicken popcorn. Added side of gravy. 3/6 items were missing. Didn't receive one of the sides(macaroni salad), fries and popcorn chicken. Called store and they ensured some items were put in. Um nope. They definitely weren't. Finally agreed to give missing items. Had to drive back to store for items. Order was 60$ to only receive 3 items. Horrible customer service when we called. I see why there's so many rants about this place. Wasted our time, money and fuel for some soggy food.
*Addition* went through the positive reviews and my guts telling me that most of them are fake or know the owner/workers.

I went to this establishment yesterday afternoon. The chicken was super greasy and dark (looked like oil needed to be changed). The fries were not very warm. 3 of us ate this meal and all 3 of us were sick afterwards. Quality control was very clearly lacking.
Aside from the bad quality of the food the service was lacking. Nobody greeted me on my arrival to the restaurant or offered any assistance in ordering.
If it was just the lack of service that would be one thing but the bad quality of the food is another.

Worst food ever. Have had many bad experiences but love KFC so keep giving it another shot. Food has been cold consistently. Today we got fries that tasted like they were cooked 7 hours ago. Brought them back up and she was like “sorry about that”. My mom’s zinger sandwich was thinner than a piece of paper and my Big Crunch was too. The sandwiches were also cold and told them when our fries came out, which by the way they tasted like they refried our previous ones. Told them the sandwiches were cold and she said they just came out. We placed the order and our food was out in 5 mins, sandwiches takes typically 7-10mins if it is fresh. It was so freezing cold in the restaurant, no heat on. They make you order at the kiosks which is annoying because they haven’t cleaned them in months, they are so gross to touch. Then when someone walks up to the counter to order, they won’t help them unless they pay cash, it’s not hard to do your job like this is the most ridiculous disgusting restaurant. Used to be the best 8 years ago, now it is disgusting, so bad service. Also $30 for two COLD sandwich meals is terrible!!!

KFC does not want customer interaction with their employees. If you pay with anything but cash you have order at a kiosk. If you make any substitutions you need to get assistance. If you have coupons of any sort you need to get assistance. When your food is ready listen for them to yell out your name then go through orders on counter for yours. Then get your own pop and condiments. Customer care is a thing of the past.

Placed an order came 15min later and waiting another 10–15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. Staff were sweeping the dining room and walking by, but no one asked if I needed help. I finally had to speak up and say something then my food came out within a minute.
Very disappointed with the service. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was not acceptable.
