  My husband and I ordered a 9 piece meal, with gravy and fries and some popcorn chicken. The only part of the meal that was semi decent was the fries. The chicken wasn't properly cooked. The skin was soggy and dripping grease. We didn't even manage to eat one piece each. It was disgusting. On top of that, there were clearly spices missing from the coating because it tasted like nothing (except grease). This was the third time that we ordered since the business was sold. The first time was even worse than this, if that is possible. The second time was OK (not great by any stretch of the imagination but at least tasted like something - I would say 2 and a half stars). Now this time horrible again. We've made the decision that we will never order from this KFC again. Next time we get a craving, we'll pick it up in Ottawa. This is such a shame. We used to eat it all the time before and we were always satisfied. Now, it's a disgrace. Never any white meat, even the gravy tastes watered down. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nous avons commandé un 9 morceaux et il n'était pas bien cuit. La peau était tellement grasse que ça dégoûtait dans le fond du baril. En plus d'être super grasse, pas du tout croustillante, elle n'avait aucun goût - il manquait clairement des épices. Même la sauce et le popcorn chichen étaient sans goût. On aurait dit qu'ils avaient diluée la sauce. C'est la deuxième fois depuis que la business a été achetée que nous avons du poulet aussi dégoûtant là. Nous ne commanderons plus jamais de cet endroit. Si j'avais pu, j'aurais donné 0 étoiles. En plus, il n'y a jamais de viande blanche dans les meal deals. Vraiment horrible!

  The chicken here is insanely better than all the other KFC I went to in all the Ottawa/east of Ontario region. Like even the white meat is super tender and I don’t even like white meat usually. Don’t change your chicken!

  Not sure if there has been a change of franchise recently but the last couple of times we did take out the food was much better. Smiling faces too at the window. Nice change and we order more often because of it.

  The food is supper greasy, the price on some items are to expensive for the content or food quality you get. Food is never warm and i swear the quality is getting worst everytime.

  Stopped at the KFC in Casselman with only one person ahead of me at the register. The staff member served the lady in front of me and then walked straight to the kitchen without saying a word. Not even a simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” or “give me a sec.” He looked at me and just kept working in the kitchen. I understand being busy, but basic communication goes a long way, especially in fast food. If you can only handle one customer at a time, this truck stop/hotel location isn’t a great place to stop. I ended up going across to A&W and was served right away even though there were several people there. Not worth the stop.
