Ordered pad thai and paid extra for veggies. Hardly could see any extra veggies. The overall quality of food was subpar. Maybe good spending your $20-25 elsewhere

We just spent $45 on pad Thai, Tom yum soup, spring rolls, and 2 pops and the only good part was the pops. The pad Thai had a strange chemically taste and the chicken in both meals was stringy, tough, gristly, and I’m not convinced it was real chicken. We fed it to the dog and he hesitated to eat it. The spring rolls were dough-y and flavourless. I’m actually shocked at the price for such garbage food. We’re not expecting god tier cuisine but this was actually gross. Neither of us finished it and had to make dinner at home. When we were picking up too, we noticed a stray eyelash extension with the attached natural lash in the cutlery tray. Lash tech did a great job with isolation though, lol.

My husband and I have been to this Thai express twice now in Carleton Place.
The first timewe ordered 2 pad thai the noodles werent cooked and it was soupy. Not enough vegetables and didnt taste right.
The second time my husband ordered a chicken pad thai and I ordered the tofu pad thai.
We both got chicken and tofu mixed together in both our bowls! I am a vegetarian!! Completely disgusted with the quality of the good.
They dont know how to make good food!
Dont waste yoyr money.
The thai express in Kanata is always on point.

It was our first time trying out the Thai Express (in Carleton Place).
The service was awesome and I thought Justy went above and beyond.
Thankfully it was slow when we arrived because we were struggling to build our meals and Justy was kind enough to help us. He walked us through the menu and answered our questions so we could decide what to order.
Darsh did an awesome job on the food!
I had the Pad See Ew with tofu and my husband had the Pad Thai with chicken.
It was quiet when we were there so it was very relaxing and we didn't have a long wait for our food.
The restaurant was clean.
We found the portions were good-sized and the prices seem to be in line with many of the other "fast food" restaurants.
We will definitely be going back!
