  We were very disappointed in our meal tonight. The fries were undercooked and different from usual Swiss Chalet fries. The sauce was thick and salty and the bun was not fresh. I should’ve gone to a different location! Lesson learned.

  Such a con - ordered my meal . On arrival , claimed they didn’t have any white meat . Offered me a refund and found they refunded me $3 less than they charged me ! This place is the worst - food literally slopped up into a box a tossed over the counter with no care at all so looks like I missed a bullet anyway.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at this restaurant. I had placed a pickup order for the festive special that my family looks forward to each year. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of the meal I selected. I was offered an alternative and assured that I would receive a 20% discount to account for the price difference. Unfortunately, this discount was never applied. Instead, I was charged for the more expensive replacement meal, even though I completed the payment in the store. Following this, I reached out to customer service to address the issue, but my concerns were repeatedly ignored despite multiple follow-up attempts on my part. This restaurant is frequented by many elderly members of our community, and this experience raises concerns about how easily someone less inclined to question discrepancies might be taken advantage of. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both communication and customer service practices moving forward.

  Chicken ribs take out order. Service was prompt and friendly. Chicken and fries were good. Ribs portion was generous but they were chewy and certainly not fall-off-the-bone. They forgot the fipping sauce.

  Was at Swiss Chalet tonight for dinner. Coupon says 2 quarter chicken dinner for 19:99$, after purchasing a regular drink. Nothing else was ordered and the bill came to 29$ before tax, I said to the cashier how did a 19:99$ meals come to 29$. She looked over her shoulder and said to one of the other ladies working, do you wanna come and explain again to this customer how a 19:99$ meals is now 29$. I told her nothing was explained to me yet. Turns out you have to pay 9:00$ for 2 regular cokes. Maybe this cashier needs to realize that part of her job is to explain to customers what they are paying for. She didn't need to be so rude, if she doesn't like her job, then find another one and not in the food industry, because your not cut out for it.
