- SLS. LamarreFeb 16, 20263.0Swiss Chalet has really gone downhill at this location. Now it is Family Day and they are closing their dining room at 8pm, it now 6pm so that may be address some of my concerns. I went for the bundle which included soup. The soup was inedible. The quarter chicken leg was tiny and my baked potato was not cooked through. My husband chose white meat which was an okay size but very dry! Both buns were dry and on the stale side. And the sauce, the very reason for coming to Swiss chalet, was so thick it was actually almost like a custard! Drinks were fine. People were certainly pleasant enough but I don't think we'll be coming back. Two quarter chicken meals with drinks and one soup came to $48.**. If you're going to increase the prices the food quality must remain high.

- PMP MNov 30, 20251.0Such a con - ordered my meal . On arrival , claimed they didn’t have any white meat . Offered me a refund and found they refunded me $3 less than they charged me ! This place is the worst - food literally slopped up into a box a tossed over the counter with no care at all so looks like I missed a bullet anyway.
