He showed no manners while talking to customers and did not greet me properly when I arrived. His attitude felt unprofessional and unfriendly, which made the overall experience unpleasant. Customer service is an important part of any restaurant, and I hope the management addresses this issue so that future customers receive better treatment.

- JCJuan CarlosOct 20, 20251.0What a bad experience. Staff very rude and not friendly at all. Terrible costumer service, plus we found a plastic strip in one of the Italian BLTs we ordered. When my son and I went to tell the staff about it, they told us that they could change it in a " i don't care tone" obviously my son didn't want to order another. They did not offer a refund or an exchange for another thing. I asked for the manager, they said they were not available. There was another person next to the register and they seemed to be making comments about my family. We are tourists in Canada and this definitely was not the Canadian impression we want to keep. They don't even deserve any star.
