  There is no cell reception and the Wi-Fi is locked for employees so you can't use your app for coupons so end up paying more and can't collect the points. The staff is not very kind or patient if you try because they know it doesn't work.i was told it was a 10 minute wait for French fries.

  Worst McDonald's EVER. This place needs to be shut down or have a major overhaul of service and practices. Do not waste your money here and if you do go through the drive thru, expect to be there for half an hour. What a let down for a growing community.

  Absolutely disgusting how long they take to serve you was literally standing at the front counter this morning for five minutes and nobody even acknowledged me walked out of that place and anytime we try to go through the drive-through even if it’s for a simple cookie or a coffee they make us pull over into the waiting spot. It’s pathetic

  This got to be the dirtiest MacDonald I seen i was to use the self serve kiosk because they were to busy to take my order at the cash,all the table were dirty looks like it was from the previous day,trash overflowing, ketchup was empty ,staff talking shit about other coworkers was like watching the news dont know who the manager is in that location but a shame being in a small community and having a place like that

  How is it that you mess up my order literally every single time that I come to this restaurant. The other day, I ordered two bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches, And received sausage breakfast sandwiches, when the wrapper clearly stated bacon. I called the store not to complain but to simply let them know this wasn’t my first time having this issue and to please double check your orders. the manager was understanding and apologized which I appreciate. Her explanation was that the staff is new so there has been some mess ups, and she will speak to them. The thing about that explanation that doesn’t make any sense to me, Is that Regardless of how new you are as an employee (I’ve worked at McDonald’s myself previously), Unless it is your first day on earth, It’s pretty easy to Understand the difference between two basic options for breakfast sandwiches, chicken vs beef etc etc. And the new staff argument also makes no sense because this McDonald’s has been having issues for over a year and that’s just my experience. I have been having orders with the wrong items or missing items many times before at this location specifically. I only complained this time because I am beyond sick of the constant issues with the service. I wasn’t going to leave a Google review, but three days after the breakfast sandwich issue which is today, my mom goes to the drive thru and orders two beef sandwiches, And they are both Given to her With chicken on them. This is absolutely not something you can blame on the fact that you have new staff. This is genuinely not caring and not paying any attention to the orders that are in front of you.. Like I said, I’ve worked for McDonald’s before so I am empathetic an understanding to how the operations work and it is absolutely a joke that you can blame this embarrassing level of consistency and customer service on the fact that you have “new staff”. How about you blame yourself for not teaching employees how to understand basic standard operating procedures, or the ingredients on your products that you are serving. It is your fault for not choosing to hire people who are competent enough to even understand what they are doing. I would not be saying any of this if this isn’t something that I have experienced at this location time and time again with absolutely nothing being improved or changed upon. The only reason I haven’t stopped coming here is because I’m not that picky about my food so if I get sausage instead of bacon, it’s not like I’m not gonna eat it, and sometimes I just need something easy while travelling to work. I will, however, continue to call out the carelessness And the lack of basic human knowledge that is operating from this restaurant until I see something change. Absolutely diabolical.
