  A five star for Olivia K our server. The service we recieved was perfect. If she is my server I'd be happy to come again and again.

  Tried the Seafood Fest at Swiss Chalet with my mum since she loves seafood, and it did not disappoint! 🦐🐟 I had the seafood platter and she went for the quarter chicken and garlic shrimp plate. We added fries with their famous Swiss Chalet sauce on the side, and beer 🍺 😋 👌🏼. Such a nice outing together and definitely worth checking out while it’s still available!

  The quality has really gone downhill. The chicken was chewy, dry, and flavorless. It also tasted old, like it was cooked the day before. Won't be going back.

  We had the opportunity to have our dinner with Melissa tonight. My son called her a super hero with beautiful nails. She went above and beyond engaging with him during our meal and making him feel special. The service and food was top notch. Definitely a great experience:)

  My aunt was in town visiting. We decided to try the seafood feast. We walked in, but the server was not inviting at all. Its March 31@ approximately 8:15pm , she was in such a rush.. Told us no booth, just tables, when I asked for a booth, said they all have different section and tables not clean, then walked away. I called her and asked if she could clean one or move us to another table, she moved us reluctantly. I asked if I could start with wings , but ask for 10 with 2 different sauce . She went to the back said its almost close, they can do this time but next time no.. I ordered this way many times from other location. Just her attitude was such a turn off, took my business to Hibachi across the street. Never going back to this location.. I just moved here, but will drive the distance if I want Swiss Chalet. Manager, train your staff to represent the company no matter what time it is . Returning customers are what keep the business open.
