  Garbage service. Garbage sandwich. Garbage system. Employees ignored me and pointed to kiosk to order when all of the kiosks were either in use or broken. Then made my sandwich (which I get almost every other day) and there was no avocado on it (in my opinion). They say it was on the bottom but when I lifted the meat…no green. There were barely any veggies too. The sandwich was half empty from what I normally get. Instead they just argued with me. Need retraining on proper customer service.

  Horrible, Horrible experience. Came in here with my step mom wanting just a nice fresh sub.. oh god was i wrong. First things first no tomato’s… annoying but alright that’s forgiveable… we get our subs and sit down and take a bite. absolutely nasty bread is stale and crumbly (keep in mind we didn’t get ours toasted) We go back up to tell them about the bread and they say and i quote “the cold meat makes the bread hard, we recommend toasting it”… are you joking? THE COLD MEAT MAKES THE BREAD HARD?! never heard of that one before… when i go to other subway locations and order my sub without getting it toasted the sub tastes perfectly fine and fresh and the bread is squishy. Absolutely horrible experience better off just to go to popeyes their chicken was nice and fresh and delicious.

  The new system is totally useless and does not work. Go back to taking orders with real people.
